godawfulhideous: uh no? It’d be nice. It might lead to way fewer self-esteem problems in the average person, especially impressionable teens/young adults. Models are already guaranteed gorgeous to begin with by the fact that someone hired them to model, at least let people see their imperfections as some consolation that no one’s perfect. If people with bad body image didn’t have this impossible ideal of beauty to try to emulate, maybe they wouldn’t be as miserable with themselves. Just a thought.
